President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Emperor of Japan Naruhito on the occasion of Japan’s national holiday and His Majesty’s birthday.

“I would like to especially note your personal contribution to the strengthening and development of friendly relations between our countries. I express great confidence that these relations will continue to be steadily improved,” the head of state emphasizes in his message.
