Today, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to Arkadag city to get himself familiarized with various construction projects planned to build there within the framework of the second turn of construction activities.

At present, our independent neutral fatherland follows the path of harmonious development. An important significance is attached to transformation of shapes of rural and urban areas, improvement of social and living conditions of people in all parts of the country. All this speaks of successful implementation of the social policy of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, a start of which was given by Hero Arkadag.

Arkadag city built according to international standards, serves a clear evidence of resultative work in this sphere. At that, conformity of road and transport infrastructure projects like other various projects in the city to requirements of the time acts as an important goal. 

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in the place where a solemn start was given to the second turn of construction of the new city. There, Hero Arkadag was welcomed by Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D.Orazov and khyakim of Arkadag city Sh.Durdylyev.

Arkadag was shown designs and schemes of reconstruction of roads functioning around the city and construction of modern bridges, underground passages, detour ring roads as well as location of new projects of road and transport infrastructure.

Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D.Orazov reported on erection and reconstruction of roads and accomplishment of their adjoining territories within the framework of the second phase of construction of Arkadag city and on work for expansion of its territory.

In addition to displayed projects, proposals–designs on modernization and accomplishment of roads of the new city, sketches of ring, detour and cable roads as well as construction of roads leading to Arkadag city and places of location of projects were shown.

Besides it, projects on reconstruction of avenues, pavements and motorways as well as land plots joined the administrative territory of Arkadag city were also reported.

Having pointed out that an active use of the latest technologies and advanced expertise in construction, especially, in construction of road and transport projects should be an important requirement, Hero Arkadag underlined that projects built and reconstructed should harmoniously blend with the architectural outlook of the new city.

Within the framework of his familiarization with projects, the National Leader of the Turkmen people made a number of remarks and relevant corrections. An emphasis was made on importance of ensuring a high quality of projects, their timely commissioning, application of elements of national architecture and advanced trends in town planning. All this should be main conditions in construction of projects of road and transport infrastructure of the new city taking into account modern requirements.

As was noted, in the course of the second turn of construction of Arkadag city, one should introduce the latest achievements and advanced technologies actively in practice. Hero Arkadag stated that in accordance with the instruction of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, one should attach special attention to efficient use of innovations and realization of planned work within designated terms.

Then, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with participation of Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D.Orazov and khyakim of Arkadag city Sh.Durdylyev.

D.Orazov reported on the state of work developed within the framework of the second turn of construction activities in Arkadag city and participation of members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country in construction of industrial complexes as well as places of location of projects planned to be built.

In accordance with the concept of industrialization of the national economy, the information on the work carried out in Arkadag city, future modern projects, equipment of industrial projects was delivered. Maintenance of favourable ecological environment was outlined as an important goal.

The report attached great attention to building materials to be applied in planned projects of the second turn and issues of their durability and reliability. Features of accomplishment of adjoining territories and decoration of buildings were also informed. 

Hero Arkadag made an emphasis on the fact that the work carried out within the framework of the second turn of construction activities in the city should meet high international standards, requirements of the time and principles of national town planning. Hero Arkadag marked that modern national architectural solutions should blend with advanced world practice and gave relevant instruction to this end.

Having pointed out that during construction activities one should keep under unremitting control issues of accomplishment and maintenance of cleanness in the city, Hero Arkadag underlined that this work should be carried out in accordance with modern requirements.

Then, khyakim of Arkadag city Sh.Durdyleyev pointed out importance of adoption of the Resolution by the Mejlis of Turkmenistan on amendments to the administrative territory of Arkadag city and on behalf of workers of the city administration and all residents of the city, he expressed his sincere acknowledgment to Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar for adoption of the historical decision, which inspired inhabitants of Arkadag city into achievement of new labour victories.

In accordance with the Order of the President of Turkmenistan with a view of further modernization of Arkadag city, familiarization with capacities and technical features of utility vehicles of special use, relevant climatic conditions of locality, the delegation of our country will be sent to the Federal Republic of Germany on November 13-18, 2023. In this connection, khyakim of Arkadag city Sh.Durdyleyev expressed his gratitude to head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov as well as to National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Hero Arkadag for the given wonderful opportunity.

The khyakim also underlined that the state constantly keeps maintenance of safe ecological environment in the new city under control. Gratitude was also expressed to Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the given possibility within the visit of the President of Turkmenistan to the Federal Republic of Germany to explore features eco vehicles suitable to natural and environmental conditions of Arkadag city as well as the best practices in this area. The khyakim assured that he would use best efforts for successful fulfilment of tasks in view.

During the report, it was informed that thousands of inhabitants with great desire had moved to Arkadag city, where all conditions for their comfortable life and high-grade rest are created. As was marked, in the new city harmonious work of objects of vital activities, schools, kindergartens, medical centres as well as objects of trade and sphere of services started.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people underlined that it is necessary to do one’s utmost so that residents of the city could use fully favourable conditions created there. It is necessary to give special attention to provide the students who undergo work practice in the city with housing. This is the main condition for increase of professionalism of young people in their chosen specialties and a responsible approach to fulfilment of goals facing them.

Everything mentioned above speaks of successful realization of the social policy of Turkmenistan, the major principle of which is “state - for people!”.

D.Orazov was instructed to supervise the course of the work carried out in Arkadag city for the period of Sh.Durdylyev’s working trip.

As Hero-Arkadag noted, the city hosts large-scale actions and international forums of national significance. It was underlined that organization of the harvest holiday, which takes a special place not only in the life of peasants, but also in the life of all people, in the new city, will have a deep sense. In this connection, the National Leader of the Turkmen people gave corresponding instructions to maintain a high level of festive events. 

Hero-Arkadag emphasized that works conducted in all areas in the new city should be exemplary and, having wished all successes in fulfilment of tasks in view, concluded the working meeting.

Then, Hero-Arkadag stopped at the fine oldest place of the foothills of the Kopetdag.

It was underlined that the harvest holiday, which is considered a holiday of abundance, is widely marked in the country and should be organized according to national traditions. Within the festive events and in honour of achievements of farmers, the night sky will be decorated with multi-coloured fireworks, which will be reflected on mountain ridges. In this connection, Hero-Arkadag said that these celebrations should make a big impression upon our compatriots.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people underlined that it is necessary to use our best efforts to ensure a responsible and complex approach to organization of festivities in honour of the harvest holiday. Numerous guests from different corners of the country and abroad will directly participate in cultural events organized in this connection.

Vegetables and gourds grown in our fields differ with their special and unique taste and are the results of generosity of our land and courageous work of peasants. Therefore, the holiday in honour of the collected rich harvest and our farmers should be bright, cheerful and colourful with music and dances.
