Today, the opening of the XVI International Exhibition and Scientific Conference of Telecommunications, Telemetry, Information Technology and Broadcasting Equipment "Türkmentel-2023" took place in the capital, organized by the agency "Türkmenaragatnaşyk" and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country.

This large-scale industry forum aims to showcase the achievements and prospects of the national information and telecommunication system, and over the years, it has become an effective platform for dialogue among partners and active exchange of experience in the use of the latest global developments in this field.

The solemn opening ceremony of the forum was attended by members of the government, leaders of the Mejlis, ministries and departments, heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in our country, representatives of public organizations, universities, media, and elders.

The welcoming message of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the participants of the International Exhibition and Scientific Conference of Telecommunications, Telemetry, Information Technology and Broadcasting Equipment "Türkmentel – 2023" emphasizes that today the process of implementing the latest digital solutions and information and communication developments according to international standards in the national telecommunication system continues successfully.

Sequential work is being carried out on the creation and provision of a qualitatively updated and competitive communication service to the population. Significant resources are being invested in the formation and improvement of the specialized cluster. Radical scientific and technical reforms and major projects are being implemented through systematic improvement of the structural, material, technical, and legal basis of the digital system.

Head of State Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed his conviction in his Address that the specialized forum will become an effective platform for exchanging experience between domestic specialists and foreign partners, establishing wide cooperation, as well as for discussing and implementing projects of mutual interest.
