Last week, 44 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

For foreign currency, representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan purchased aviation kerosene and polypropylene (SC «Türkmennebit»), and businessmen from Türkiye purchased motor oil.

In addition, plain-dyed and jacquard terry products, denim products, rolled wadding, cotton fiber, and cotton yarn were sold for foreign currency, which were purchased by entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 7 million 377 thousand US dollars.

For the domestic market, domestic businessmen purchased polypropylene (SC «Türkmennebit»), handmade carpets, plain-dyed and jacquard terry and denim products, as well as cotton yarn and gray fabric for a total amount of over 57 million 680 thousand manats.
