Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting on the digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyyev, who oversees the agro-industrial complex, and the khyakims of the velayats, at which issues of development of the agricultural complex, as well as the progress of work in the regions of the country, were discussed.

The first floor was given to the hakim of the Ahal velayat, R. Hojagulyyev, who reported on the state of affairs in the fields of the region.

As noted, the necessary measures are currently being taken to complete the sowing of wheat within the established agrotechnical timeframes, and vegetation irrigation is being carried out on the sown areas.

The cotton harvest continues: the harvest is uninterruptedly delivered to collection points.

Having listened to the report and focusing on the importance of conducting agricultural campaigns in accordance with the norms of agricultural technology, the head of state instructed the hakim to keep under strict control the work on sowing wheat, ensuring proper care of crops, as well as harvesting cotton on time.

Then the hakim of the Balkan velayat, H. Ashyrmyradov, reported on the state of affairs in the fields.

As noted, efforts are currently being made in the region to complete the sowing of wheat within agrotechnical terms and to obtain uniform seedlings.

The cotton harvest is carried out in an organized manner, as well as the processing of the collected raw material at cotton ginning enterprises.

Summarizing the report, the head of state noted that s was easonal agricultural work must be carried out in accordance with agrotechnical standards, and ordered strict control over the completion of wheat sowing on time, as well as the cotton harvest without losses.

The working meeting on the digital system continued with a report from the khyakim of Dashoguz velayat S. Soltanmyradov on the pace of seasonal field campaigns in the region.

As reported, wheat sowing is carried out in accordance with agrotechnical standards. The cotton harvest continues in the velayat. The harvested crop is promptly delivered to cotton ginning enterprises. Rice harvesting is carried out in an organized manner.

After listening to the report, the President of Turkmenistan drew attention to the need to approach seasonal agricultural work with full responsibility and gave the hakim specific instructions to ensure a high organizational level of sowing wheat, proper care of crops, as well as harvesting cotton and rice on time.

Then the hakim of Lebap velayat S. Amangeldiyev reported on the progress of agricultural work in the region.

As noted, wheat sowing is carried out in accordance with agrotechnical standards. To obtain uniform seedlings, appropriate measures are taken to timely water the sown areas. Along with this, the cotton harvest continues, as well as the sending of raw cotton to collection points. Rice is also being harvested in the velayat.

After listening to the report, the head of state emphasized that sowing wheat at a high level is the key to a rich and generous harvest next year. In this regard, the khyakim was instructed to keep under strict control the progress of this important season in accordance with agrotechnical deadlines, ensuring proper care of the sown fields, harvesting cotton and rice without losses.

Then the hakim of Mary velayat B. Orazov reported on the progress of seasonal campaigns in the region.

As noted, wheat sowing continues in an organized manner in the velayat. Relevant work is being carried out to organize the cotton harvest.

In addition to caring for the sugar beet fields, the region continues to harvest and process the grown crop.

After hearing the report, the head of state emphasized the importance of organized seasonal agricultural work and gave the khyakim a number of specific instructions to ensure strict control over sowing wheat in accordance with agrotechnical terms, proper care of sown areas, as well as to harvest cotton and sugar beets without loss.

Then Deputy Prime Minister T. Atahallyyev, who oversees the agro-industrial complex, reported on the progress of agricultural work in the country.

As noted, appropriate measures are being taken to collect cotton grown in the regions at an accelerated pace, to ensure uninterrupted delivery of the collected raw material to collection points and its processing at cotton ginning enterprises. Payments to cotton growers are made in a timely manner.

Along with this, wheat sowing and vegetation irrigation on sown fields are carried out in the velayats.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need to organize current agricultural work in accordance with agricultural technology standards and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to keep under strict control the timely completion of wheat sowing and cotton harvesting without loss and in the shortest possible time.

Addressing the participants of the working meeting, the head of state noted the importance of a responsible approach to the tasks assigned to them in conducting seasonal field campaigns, taking into account agricultural technology standards and on time, giving a number of specific instructions in this regard.

Along with this, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to keep under control the quality of construction within the framework of the country’s socio-economic development program in 2022–2028 of facilities planned for commissioning in the velayats this year.

Concluding the working meeting on the digital system, the President of Turkmenistan wished the participants good health and great success in their large-scale work for the prosperity of our sovereign Fatherland and the well-being of our native people.
