The President of Turkmenistan received the head of “Vozrozhdenie” Group of Design and Construction Companies

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has received Igor Bukato, the Head of “Vozrozhdenie” Group of Design and Construction Companies.

Expressing sincere gratitude for finding time to meet and the opportunity to discuss the prospects for further cooperation, the businessman confirmed the high interest of the “Vozrozhdenie” Group of Design and Construction Companies in strengthening fruitful business partnership with Turkmenistan, which is implementing a large-scale transformation strategy.

Thanking for the kind words, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted with satisfaction the successful long-term experience of cooperation between our country and the “Vozrozhdenie” Group of Design and Construction Companies, with which reliable and trusting partnerships have been established.

Further at the meeting, an exchange of views took place on priority areas of cooperation, which has a solid potential in various fields. In this regard, the businessman informed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov about the work in progress. As was pointed out, the “Vozrozhdenie” GDCC in Turkmenistan has implemented a number of important infrastructure projects, including the complex of mudflow diversion facilities put into operation last year, which is of great importance for Ashgabat.

In this context, the intention was expressed to further expand the mutually beneficial bilateral partnership, for which there are ample opportunities due to the large-scale urban development program being implemented in the capital and regions of the country, focused on the active introduction of innovations. At the same time, Turkmenistan’s special attention to environment preservation and ecological safety issues was emphasized. Effective measures are consistently undertaken to mitigate climate change, where great importance is attached to the “green” component in carrying out socio-economic projects.

The urgency of issues related to the conservation and rational use of water resources, ensuring a balanced flow in all rivers and canals of the country using the latest technologies and advances of science in the light of modern realities was also highlighted. Proceeding from this, Turkmenistan is aimed at using advanced foreign experience in addressing these issues, and it is ready to consider specific proposals from the “Vozrozhdenie” GDCC.

Expressing deep gratitude to the head of state for the substantive and businesslike conversation and the trust placed in the company, the businessman assured that the Russian partners would continue to approach the fulfillment of their obligations in the most serious and responsible manner.

At the end of the meeting, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Head of “Vozrozhdenie” Group of Design and Construction Companies Igor Bukato expressed confidence in the successful continuation of long-term bilateral cooperation, built on a mutually beneficial basis and aimed at specific outcomes.
