Today, the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone has hosted a meeting of representatives of business communities of the friendly countries held as part of the first trilateral summit of the heads of Turkmenistan, the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Türkiye.

The participants discussed promising areas of mutually beneficial partnership in the context of the existing great trade and economic potential of Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Türkiye, in particular, in industry, energy, construction, agriculture, transport, etc.

The speakers pointed out that Turkmenistan, which implements the economic diversification strategy, including by actively adopting the best advanced experience and the latest technologies, is open to a constructive partnership and welcomes the interest of business communities of friendly countries to strengthen their positions in the Turkmen market.

Today, the country has created a favorable investment climate and the optimal organizational-legal mechanism for balanced and effective development of small and medium-sized businesses, supporting private initiative.

Speaking about the great interest among leading companies in deepening wide-ranging cooperation, the guests confirmed their intention to take an active part in the implementation of large -scale state projects for the benefits of the peoples of fraternal countries.

During the meeting, the ways were analyzed to bring relations in various areas of the economy and investment and in the field of high technologies to a new level, as well as the possibility of expanding the goods turnover, and specific joint work plans were outlined.

Thus, following the outcomes of the business meeting, a declaration was signed on the development of three-way relations, and understanding between Turkmenistan, the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Türkiye.

At the end of the meeting its participants expressed sincere gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the opportunity to further successfully develop business partnership, which today attains new dynamics.
