Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent his condolences to President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in which it was noted that he received news of the explosion in the centre of Istanbul, which caused human causalities and numerous injuries with a deep grief.

The Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh on behalf of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan and on his own behalf conveyed his sincere words of sympathy and support at this hard moment to relatives and close people of the deceased as well as wishes of the soonest recovery to its victims.
