Today, the conference hall of the administrative building of the Agricultural Complex hosted a ceremony of awarding, on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, tenant farmers, cotton growers, grain growers, machine operators, agronomist scientists, breeders and other agricultural workers who make a considerable contribution to development of the country’s agro-industrial complex.

The event in honor of agricultural workers who have achieved the highest indicators this year, nominated for state awards in accordance with the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, is another confirmation of special respect for the foremost workers, who devote all their experience, knowledge and skills to selfless service to the Homeland and set an example for the youth.

At a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, held on November 11 this year via a digital system, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on awarding, on the occasion of the Harvest Festival of Turkmenistan, the Medal “Watana bolan söýgüsi üçin” to agricultural workers who have distinguished themselves in labor and achieved great success.

Traditionally held on the eve of the Harvest Festival, this ceremonial action once again highlighted the social priorities of the state policy of Turkmenistan aimed at creating the best conditions for work, life and recreation of agricultural workers, encouraging their initiative.
