Today, a two-day Exhibition of Economic Achievements of Turkmenistan, timed to coincide with the 31st anniversary of the country's independence, opened at the Expocentre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country. Traditionally held on the eve of the main holiday of the Fatherland, which is steadily advancing along the path of modernization and innovation under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the economic review has become a kind of report of the year, clearly illustrating the success of the national economy, its inexhaustible potential and promising directions of development in the Epoch of the Revival of the new era of a powerful state.

…A lively festive atmosphere reigns in the spacious halls of the Expocentre. Participants and guests of the exhibition are greeted with musical and song compositions by creative teams.

Members of the Government, heads of the Mejlis and the Halk Maslakhaty Milli Gengesh, representatives of ministries and departments, hyakimliks of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan and international organizations, public associations, domestic entrepreneurs and the media took part in the opening ceremony of the forum.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov's welcoming address to the forum participants notes that the current exhibition will be a demonstration of grandiose achievements in increasing the potential of the economy of the Motherland, striving for great goals.

The content of the exposition and the business program of the exhibition clearly demonstrate the pace of development and the results of the implementation of international investment and national projects in various sectors of the economy of Turkmenistan, represented by almost all relevant ministries and departments, State concerns and associations, banks and the Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange, individual enterprises.

The vast pavilion of the departments of the oil and gas complex presents models of modern installations for the production and processing of hydrocarbons at the richest deposits in different regions of the country, design developments to increase the capacity of enterprises, as well as samples of oil and gas processing products of the Türkmengaz and Türkmennebit state concerns, the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.

At the stands of the State Corporation “Türkmengeologiýa” maps of geological explorations are presented, where the developed fields of oil, gas and other minerals are marked.

On huge banners, videos advertise new products and construction technologies, automatic lines and mini-factories for the production of building materials, pumps and water treatment plants, panel and wall blocks, aluminum and plastic profiles, plumbing and finishing materials.

Domestic individual enterprises are establishing the production of dozens of types of building materials that meet international quality standards. This is clearly illustrated by the stands of Derýaplastik, Senagat plastik and Ak gaýa economic companies, whose factories produce high-quality import-substituting products that are in demand not only in our country, but also abroad. Among them are hundreds of types of pipes, cables, suspended ceilings, profiles for windows and doors and other products made of polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride, widely used in public utilities and construction.

The stands of the capital's hyakimlik demonstrate goods from companies engaged in the production of seedlings, park fences, finishing materials, decorative details. It also presents such thematic sections as equipment and utilities, ecology and landscaping. In a word, everything that is included in the everyday life of a modern city.

The products of one of the main export-oriented branches of the national economy of the country were presented by the Ministry of Textile Industry, once again confirming the well-deserved authority of Turkmen textile brands.

The exposition of modern carpet products of the Türkmenhaly State Association, as well as many entrepreneurs and folk artisans engaged in carpet weaving, aroused great interest among visitors.

The exhibition also acquaints visitors with the success of entrepreneurs in the field of trade and services. Today they open specialized stores, organize trade on the principle of franchising. An example of this is “Halk Market”, “Kämil Market”, located in the large metropolitan shopping centers “Berkarar”, “Bagtyýarlyk”, “Garaşsyzlygyň 15 ýyllygy”, “Aşgabadyň ýalkymy”, built by members of the UIET.

The attention of visitors is attracted by stands with beautiful Aýbölek furniture and Çigildem bedroom sets, Nasar confectionery, wonderful dairy products Gönezlik, Täze aý, Miweli ülke fruit juices, rows of sausages and other meat products from “Özgeriş”, “Ak toprak”, etc.

A kind of cluster was formed at the exhibition site by large companies engaged in the field of IT technologies.

The Ministry of Health and Medical Industry presented international certificates recognizing the country's merits in the elimination of a number of infectious diseases, pharmaceutical products, various tools, natural cosmetics, etc.

The exposition of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy is of great interest to visitors. The Academy of Sciences presents its successes, potential, and promising developments of domestic scientists, drawing the attention of interested parties to the latest scientific and technological achievements of the national scientific school.

The stand of the Turkmen State Publishing Service is dedicated to modern polygraphy and printing business.

In a word, the current review provides an opportunity not only to get acquainted with the successes of the domestic manufacturer, but also to better present the intellectual capital of the country.

During the two-day exhibition, it is planned to show video projects of the Agzybirlik tilsimaty economic society of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, a manufacturer of electronic products, including computers with touch screens, receipt printers, barcode printers and scanners. Presentations of new products of the private enterprise “Miweli ülke”, the daikhan farm “Parasatly”, as well as economic companies “Saraýan”, “Jadyly çeşme”, “Owadan ülke” and “Sada suw” are also planned.

Tomorrow the exhibition will continue its work. Upon completion, the participants will be awarded the appropriate diplomas and certificates.
