Today, the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, Honorary Elder of the country Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the International Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex located in the picturesque foothills of the Kopetdag, where he got acquainted with the state of affairs, working and rest conditions of seyis and riders.

Hero-Arkadag got acquainted with the conditions of keeping the horses, the peculiarities of their training.

In the morning, seyis take the horses for a walk, which is one of the training elements. During the warm-up, the horses gain strength.

Arkadag, in a conversation with an experienced seyis D. Saparov, inquired about the horses, modern methods of training and his marital status.

Seyis, who connected his fate with horses, expressed his sincere gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar for their desire to further promote the glory of the Akhal-Teke horses in the world, for their care and attention to horse breeders and their families, living conditions.

D. Saparov said that the arrival of the Hero-Arkadag to the equestrian complex located in the picturesque foothills of the Kopetdag, on the one hand, testifies to the continuation of the noble traditions of the people, and on the other, is a clear example of close attention to the development of Akhal-Teke horse breeding.

The scientist-Arkadag, who treats the “heavenly” horses with special care, noted the benefits of morning walks for strengthening the body of horses, which then affects their speed of running. At the same time, outdoor walks and exercise are also beneficial for human health, Arkadag emphasized.

Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of the work of seyis. For centuries, our ancestors, with their hard work and talent, created this world-famous breed and preserved its purity.

Seyis told Arkadag about the trainers involved in dressage - they are physically fit, strong-willed people, such were the ones he met during his many years of activity. Agreeing with him, Arkadag noted that a healthy lifestyle, morning exercises are of great benefit to the body.

Once again expressing gratitude to the Hero-Arkadag for visiting the sports complex and taking care of the working and living conditions of horse breeders, trainers, riders, D. Saparov proudly announced that members of his family also work in this area.

Arkadag inquired about the condition of the running tracks, the features of their coverage. Based on his many years of experience, seyis believes that the best cover is the sandy loamy soil of the Turkmen land. The climate of our Motherland is most favorable for the breeding of “heavenly” horses. In this context, he proposed to study the possibility of using the Karakum sands and soils of the country's regions at hippodromes.

Arkadag noted the expediency of joining the efforts of scientists and experienced seyis and working together.

Emphasizing that large-scale activities are being carried out in the country to develop the Akhal-Teke horse breeding, Hero-Arkadag wished the seyis great success in his noble work, victories at the races.

Continuing to ride the horse named Garashsyzlyk, Arkadag examined a number of buildings near the International Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex, from where the outlines of the new administrative center of the Akhal velayat are visible.

In recent years, this corner of the Turkmen land has changed beyond recognition. The buildings of the International Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex, the originality of the village of Kyarizek, the modern residential area named after Aba Annaev, the new administrative center of the Akhal velayat create a single harmony. It should be noted that the construction of the Akhal Equestrian Circus and the complex of buildings of the International Higher School of Horse Breeding continues at a high pace in the territory of the new city.

All this is the result of the activities of Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar, thanks to which the cities and villages of the Motherland are being transformed. At the same time, the main requirement for designers and builders is the preservation of the ecological well-being of the environment.

Arkadag continued horseback riding among the vineyards of the Economic Department of military and law enforcement agencies, located near the new administrative center of the velayat. Here, vineyards and fruit trees are properly cared for, so they give a good harvest. 

Then the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Milli Gengesh Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the stadium for 10 thousand seats, which is being built in the new modern administrative center of the Akhal velayat, where he got acquainted with the projects of the facilities under construction, their location schemes, and the quality of building materials.

Chairman of the State Committee for the construction of the center of Akhal velayat D. Orazov and the hyakim of the new administrative center of Akhal velayat Sh. Durdylyev spoke about the state of affairs at the construction site.

Hero-Arkadag noted the importance of the architectural design of the facilities being built here, including social facilities, their proper equipment, and lighting.

Noting the need for successful implementation of the tasks set for the youth to receive a comprehensive education, Arkadag made several comments on the submitted projects and gave appropriate recommendations.

The presented projects included the schemes of the location of park areas on the territory of the new center. Having familiarized himself with them in detail, Arkadag advised planting juniper and other species of trees growing on Turkmen soil in the park. Here it is necessary to create all conditions for recreation, hiking, cycling, including for people with disabilities.

A map of the area where it is planned to lay the Health Path of Akhal velayat with a total length of 6,200 meters was also presented. Hero-Arkadag noted the need to take a responsible approach to the improvement of the adjacent territory, the construction of related structures along the trail, and the creation of green areas.

Having familiarized himself with the work on the construction of the stadium, Hero-Arkadag emphasized the importance of the full compliance of the sports facility with the requirements for objects of this profile.

Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Milli Gengesh inquired about the conditions created on the territory of the stadium, its equipment and visited the gym of the complex. It has everything you need for sports, the equipment meets international standards.

The hero-Arkadag performed several exercises on simulators and noted that many of them are important for people of different ages, especially for jockeys and seyis.

Then Arkadag got acquainted with the lighting system along the avenue of the new administrative center of Akhal velayat. It was emphasized that strength and harmonious combination with the facilities of the road transport infrastructure of the center are an important requirement.

All work carried out in the center must fully comply with environmental safety requirements. Particular attention should be paid to the strength, appearance, durability of structures, the quality of building materials. Noting the need to introduce modern technologies into the lighting system, with the help of which comfortable conditions for people should be created in the new city, Arkadag gave appropriate recommendations.
