President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his sincere congratulations to Ms. Draupadi Murmu on her election to the post of President of the Republic of India.

In his message, the head of the state having noted with satisfaction the traditionally friendly and mutually beneficial relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of India, expressed confidence in the further development of bilateral cooperation.
