Last week, 18 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

Entrepreneurs from Turkey and Afghanistan bought liquefied gas produced at the Turkmenbashy complex of oil refineries and ECO 93 gasoline (SC “Türkmenhimiýa”) for foreign currency.

In addition, businessmen from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan purchased cotton yarn and denim for foreign currency. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 134 million 755 thousand US dollars.

For manats, representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates purchased cotton yarn in the amount of 973,500 manats.
