Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, hosted an international seminar on organization and holding of various ice hockey tournaments and the jury’s work. Two Turkmen experts Allaberdi Mammetkuliev and Mamed Mamedov took part in this training. They successfully passed the exams and were awarded the 2nd degree certificates of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). A. Mametkuliev is the head of International Department of the National Center for Winter Sports, and M.Mamedov is the Chairman of “Oguzkhan” Hockey Club and representative of the coaching staff of the men’s national team of Turkmenistan. The received certificates give them the right to host trainers and umpires seminars in our country, as well as serve and supervise any national level tournaments.
