President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Bulgaria.

Relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the head of state noted, emphasizing that Turkmenistan is interested in expanding bilateral ties, and also expressed confidence that thanks to joint efforts, cooperation between our countries will continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed sincere wishes to President Rumen Radev for good health, happiness and well-being, and to the people of the Republic of Bulgaria - progress and prosperity.
