Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on his election as President of the United Arab Emirates.
