Last week, 167 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Great Britain, Singapore, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan purchased gasoline, liquefied gas, hydrotreated diesel fuel produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.

Representatives of business circles from Turkey and Afghanistan also purchased liquefied gas (SC “Türkmengaz”), and polyethylene (SC “Türkmenhimiýa”) became the subject of transactions between businessmen from Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.

In addition, plain-dyed and jacquard terry products and cotton yarn were sold for foreign currency. Buyer countries: Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. The total amount of transactions amounted to about 69 million US dollars.

Entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan purchased cotton yarn for the amount of 567,000 manats for manats.

For the domestic market, domestic businessmen purchased cotton yarn in the amount of 99 thousand 400 US dollars, as well as high-density polyethylene and polypropylene (SC "Türkmenhimiýa"), handmade carpets in the total amount of about 160 million manats.
