On October 28, football players of “Altyn Asyr” Football Club (Ashgabat) retained their title as Turkmenistan Football Cup winners, beating «Ashgabat» with the score 4: 0. The impressive victory has made “Altyn Asyr” the threefold winner of the Cup. The team of the Ministry of Communications won the Cup twice in 2009 and 2015, respectively beating in the finals “Merv” 3-0 and “Shagadam” 7-6 in the series of a penalty.
