Relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the head of state noted in his message, emphasizing that Turkmenistan is interested in expanding bilateral ties, and also expressed confidence that, thanks to joint efforts, cooperation between our countries will continue to develop in the interests of both peoples .
