Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held an online working meeting, in which some Deputy-Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers and khyakims of regions took part. The issues connected with further economic development of independent Turkmenistan, the rising of living standards of people as well as conduction of seasonal agricultural activities at a high level were considered.

Opening the meeting, the head of the state gave the floor to Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Sh.Abdrahmanov, who supervises the fuel and energy complex of the country.

In his report development of fruitful cooperation with a number of foreign countries, successful fulfilment of instructions given earlier by the head of the state to increase in the export volume of Turkmen natural gas, expansion of routes of international gas pipelines and coordination of work of profile structures to this end were informed.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made an emphasis on the fact that a scientific approach, skilful economic and strategic planning are distinctive features of economic policy, successful realization of which ensures transformation of our fatherland into a blooming, economically powerful, strong state, which is capable to invest huge amount of funds in the development of sectors.

The head of the state having expressed confidence that the oil and gas sector will further carry out fruitful work, wished him great successes.

Having signed the relevant Resolution, the leader of the nation sent it online to the Deputy-Chairman.

Further, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave the floor to Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet S.Toyliev, who reported on the state of affairs in the spheres he supervises. In particular, having reported on the work carried out to train young scholars in various areas of science, the Deputy-Chairman submitted for consideration of the head of the state the document on admission to post graduate and doctoral courses.

As the head of the state pointed out, applying innovations and the latest technologies, we rely upon the advanced practice and scientific achievements, which are regularly introduced in sectors of economic complex. It enables to raise gradually the economic, political, cultural and educational potential of our fatherland, which confidently goes ahead on the path of progress. Therefore, the issues connected with education of gifted young people and development of science are very important, the President of the country stated.

Having underlined the significance of activities implemented in the given area, leader of nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the relevant Decree and having sent it online to the Deputy-Chairman, commissioned him to keep its fulfilment at all points under his control.

Further, the head of the state marked that he has recently made a working visit to the People’s Republic of China to participate in the opening ceremony of the XXIV Winter Olympic Games. According to the Provisions of the Extraordinary Commission on combatting the spread of diseases and with a view of observance of sanitary standards, members of the Government upon their returning to their fatherland, underwent a compulsory quarantine. The taken tests have confirmed that everything is all right, the leader of the nation underlined.

In this connection, the President of the country informed that deputy-chairman of the Extraordinary Commission on combatting the spread of diseases of Turkmenistan, minister of health and medical industry N.Amannepesov was released of temporary fulfilment of the duty of the chairman of the Commission and having signed the relevant Resolution, he sent it online to the Deputy-Chairman.

The head of Turkmenistan noted expediency of continuation of preventative sanitary measures in the country and control over the work carried out in the given area and underlined that protection of health of citizens is a priority of the state policy. In this regard, the leader of the nation made an emphasis on the importance of successive solution of goals outlined in the state program «Saglyk», as well as further construction of necessary medical projects. It is appropriate to construct the international centre for paediatrics and another stomatology centre in the capital, the head of the state said and commissioned the Deputy-Chairman to study the given issue in detail.

Having underlined that by the outcome of the talks held between President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of PRC Xi Jinping during the working visit to China, the Chinese side as a token of friendship between two countries and peoples, handed 5 million doses of vaccine for coronavirus, the Deputy-Chairman expressed the head of the state his sincere gratitude. As was marked, it will facilitate important measures taken to strengthen the public health and prevent spread of infectious diseases.

Further, the head of the state gave the floor online to Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Ch.Gylyjov.

The Deputy-Chairman noted that in the years of independence there has been founded a strong and sound basis for textile industry, which today facilitates optimization of activities of sectors. It is plants and factories built all over the country. Industrial enterprises of the complex where the possibilities of the digital system are applied efficiently, are equipped with the latest technologies. The great attention is paid to the training of highly qualified specialists, who are good at modern technologies, which enable to produce high quality goods.

The Deputy-Chairman submitted the draft of the Resolution on construction of the culture centre «Dokmachylar» of the Ministry of Textile Industry for consideration of the leader of the nation.

The leader of the nation noted successful work of national textile workers and designers in exploration of the demand of local market, including seasonable one, which has a great significance in improvement of cultural standards of Turkmen nationals.

As the head of the state pointed out, culture is a pledge of preservation and promotion of spiritual values of people, a fertile soil for cultivation of gifted young talents. Culture expands the world outlook and raise their interest in work. It is a powerful force uniting and inspiring people into great deeds.

Moving words of poets and thinkers, wonderful melodies of the bagshy and works by painters cannot leave anyone indifferent. All of our victories and achievements are inseparably connected with culture. Therefore, for development and enrichment of our national culture, the state allocated huge funds, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov underlined.

Speaking of it, the head of Turkmenistan approved the submitted document and having signed the Resolution on construction of the culture centre «Dokmachylar» of the Ministry of Textile Industry, sent it online to the Deputy-Chairman.

Further, the online working meeting continued with participation of khyakims of regions and Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet E.Orazgeldiyev, who supervises the agricultural complex.

The head of the state first gave the floor to khyakim of Akhal region Ya. Gurbanov, who reported on the work to prepare for the extraordinary meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh with a view of its organization at a high level. The state of affairs in the region, the course of preparation for cotton sowing, in particular, the measures taken to make proper preparation of sown areas for the season, ploughing and levelling were also informed.

Further, khyakim of Balkan region T.Atahallyev reported on the preparation for the extraordinary meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh as well as on the current state of affairs in the agro-industrial complex of the western region, seasonal activities carried out in the fields.

Khyakim of Dashoguz region N.Nazarmyradov reported on the work on well-organized holding of the extraordinary meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh. The complex measures taken to prepare the fields for cotton sowing, including ploughing, and land levelling, full readiness of machinery and equipment, which will be used in the sowing campaign, supply of cotton growers with necessary seeds were also informed.

Further, khyakim of Lebap region Sh.Amangeldiev, who informed on the course of preparation for the extraordinary meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh with a view of its organization at a high level, reported online. The khyakim also reported on the agricultural activities carried out in the region, preparation for the cotton and other crops’ sowing campaign and measures taken to fulfil the work for the current year outlined in the national agricultural program.

Khyakim of Mary region D.Annaberdiev reported on the fulfilment of the tasks connected with preparation for the extraordinary meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh and solution of relevant organizational issues. The khyakim also informed on the seasonal agricultural activities carried out in the region, preparation of fields to be sown under cotton, care of grain crops, cultivation of vegetate and gourds.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet E.Orazgeldiyev reported on the work carried out in the sector he supervises and seasonal work carried out at present in the fields of the regions as well as complex measures for comprehensive development of the agricultural sector of the country.

Having pointed out that agriculturists will be further supported and the agriculture sector will be developed comprehensively, the leader of the nation marked that the goals in this sector are priority goals of the “National Program of Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan for 2022-2052: Revival of the New Epoch of the Sovereign State”, which is expected to be approved in few days at the extraordinary meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan.

It is for this reason that during discussion of the draft of the given Program designated for upcoming 30 years, it is necessary to take into account all the aspects, the head of the state said. In this connection, the President of the country gave related authorities relevant instructions on organization of the extraordinary meeting of the Khalk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh at a high level.
