Today President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held the next online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in which topical issues of life of the state were discussed and also drafts of several documents directed to the all-around development of national economy were considered.

Passing to the agenda of the meeting, the leader of the nation gave the floor to Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet S.Berdimuhamedov, who reported on the state of affairs in the sphere he supervises and also on results of his working trip which took place on October 22-23 to Balkan region for the purpose of acquaintance with the condition of civil work at the sites to be commissioned in November, the current year.

As was informed, within the limits of his trip to the western region the Deputy Chairman took part in celebrations on the occasion of the opening of a new office building of the State Insurance Organisation, and also the opening of a new high-voltage electricity transmission line Akhal-Balkan.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Sh.Abdrahmanov reported on preparation for the winter season and maintenance of uninterrupted and reliable supply of local consumers with natural gas. With that end, in view the State Concern "Türkmengaz" realises complex measures.

Further Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet E.Orazgeldiyev reported on the state of affairs in the sphere he supervises and the course of seasonal field activities in the country’s regions.

It was informed that the winter wheat sowing under the harvest of the next year in regions at the closing stage. Agro-technical activities, which include top dressing of shoots by mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering, are carried out.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Ch. Purchekov reported on the work to increase manufacture of iodide-bromine in the country, which is in great demand in the world markets.

As was marked, factories "Bereket" and «Balkanabat» of the State concern "Türkmenhimiýa" by processing of underground waters sated with iodine and bromine, annually receive more than 500 tons of high-quality technical iodine, most part of which goes for export.

According to the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan on social and economic development of the country for 2019-2025» in the iodine factory "Balkanabat" in Balkan region the construction of projects on manufacture of technical iodine, bromine and bromine production is expected.

Having noted that for today at the factory "Balkanabat" by a designed capacity of 450 tons only 340 tons of technical iodine a year are produced, the Deputy-Chairman submitted the head of the state a number of specific proposals.

It is planned to carry out capital reconstruction of available wells with iodine and bromine deposits and to construct the new industrial projects on the basis of the factory with the innovative equipment.

With these purposes, it is proposed to hold the tender with participation of the interested foreign companies on building of modern manufactures of technical iodine, bromine and bromic production.

Having approved the presented proposals, the head of the state charged the Deputy –Chairman further to continue work on exploration of possibilities of escalating of volumes of release of high-quality technical iodine at the largest factories operating in the western region, and also actively to involve in it the foreign companies having a wide experience and technologies in this sphere.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet Ch. Gylyjov reported on preparation for the opening ceremony of Ashkhabad-Tejen highway, which is a part of Ashkhabad-Turkmenabat high-speed autobahn.

The Deputy-Chairman reported that the action is planned for October 29. In this connection, for consideration the draft of the program of solemn ceremony in which course its participants will familiarise with the control centre work, zones of service of vehicles, payment terminals, objects of service and electronic system of safety and control, and also the conditions created for rest of drivers and passengers was presented to the head of the state.

Ashkhabad-Turkmenabat high-speed autobahn should meet the requirements completely of the international standards, promoting strengthening of the role of Turkmenistan as the major transport-transit corridor, the head of the state pointed out.

Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet M.Mammedova reported on preparation for the cultural actions devoted to the basic events of month, and also the social and cultural projects dated for opening in November, the current year.

Celebrations are planned in honour of the Holiday of harvest, national tree planting actions, and also 28^th anniversary of introduction of the national manats into circulation. Creative actions are dated for the opening of apartment houses, arrangement of public health services, objects of welfare and industrial appointment in Ashkhabad and Akhal region.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet S.Toyliev reported on the work to develop the digital educational system, having submitted the head of the state the proposal on creation of the Information Access Centre.

The Ministry of Science and Information-Communication Technologies of the Republic of Korea proposed creation of the Information Access Centre, equipped with modern technics of communication, computer equipment, necessary servers, network and software production for installation of high-speed Internet system.

The given proposal was studied by the Ministry of Education and regarded as an important step on expansion of Turkmen-Korean cooperation in the educational sphere. The centre will promote technological and innovative development of digital education system of our country, perfection of digital educational services, creation necessary for all steps of formation of modern electronic education-methodical base, increase of literacy of citizens on web design and programming for the account of maintenance of availability to electronic educational resources.

Having approved the presented proposal on creation of the Information Access Centre, the leader of the nation marked that the new joint project with the Korean partners will become a big contribution to development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea, built on a long-term, mutually beneficial basis.

Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch. Amanov reported on the activity of institutions he supervises and also realised practical steps for the purpose of perfection of military-patriotic work among the staff of military and law enforcement bodies.

As was informed, concrete measures on strengthening and development of system of patriotic education among cadets of profile educational institutions, young officers, employees of law enforcement departments are undertaken and special actions are organised.

Patriotism, courage, courage – attributes by which the Turkmen people are distinguished for centuries. Thereupon, it is also necessary to carry out events among the youth on the basis of glorious national traditions, to bring up the rising generation in the spirit of public, fidelity to their native land and to prepare the younger generation for service in ranks of the army, the head of Turkmenistan underlined, having given the Deputy-Chairman, Secretary of the State Security Council a number of concrete commissions.

Director General of Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakyev reported on the planned transport communications in connection with the commissioning of the Ashkhabad-Tejen high-speed road sector of Ashkhabad-Turkmenabat autobahn.

The great value of commissioning of Ashkhabad-Tejen road, which is the section of Ashkhabad-Turkmenabat high-speed highway, corresponding to the world standards was in this connection marked. Participation of representatives of the international organisations, regional transport-logistical associations in the forthcoming opening ceremony testifies to it.

With a view of wide use of transit possibilities of the given highway with the account of long-distance bus routes Ashkhabad-Kaka, Ashkhabad-Dushak, Ashkhabad-Tejen is planned to organise motor transportations of transit cargoes in directions of Turkmenbashi-Artyk, Turkmenbashi-Sarakhs, Turkmenbashi-Ymanazar, Turkmenbashi-Farab and others.

Having heard the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov underlined that the commissioning of the section of Ashkhabad-Tejen of Ashkhabad-Turkmenabat autobahn will allow to raise considerably throughput of the road system of the country, quality and efficiency of logistical services, to expand the international transport-transit infrastructure and trade and economic relations with the neighbouring states located on the route of the Great Silk road.

The new section of the up-to-date high-speed highway on the technological level acts as the standard of road building, the leader of the nation noted.

During the meeting several other issues of state life on which corresponding decisions were made, were also considered.

Concluding the digital meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the head of the state wished all its participants sound health, family well-being and big successes in their work, called to provide further prosperity of our sovereign Fatherland.
