On October 23, in the administrative center of the Balkan velayat, within the framework of construction premieres in honor of the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Motherland, a celebration was held on the occasion of commissioning of a new administrative building of the State Insurance Organization.

The ceremony was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers in charge of the Balkan velayat S. Berdimuhamedov, deputies of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh, heads and representatives of the regional administration, the State Insurance Organization of Turkmenistan, departmental structures and enterprises, honorary elders, builders, cultural and art workers.

Speaking to the audience, Deputy Prime Minister S. Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of the current event in the context of the large-scale achievements of our country over the years of independence, and successful implementation of socially oriented state programs, including those involving intensive development of regions.

These facilities include the new building of the velayat branch of the State Insurance Organization, the main purpose of which is to create an effective instrument for protecting the interests of individuals and legal entities, as well as to improve state regulation methods in this area.

It is noteworthy that the new building was erected by a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs - individual enterprise "Altyn ganat", which has been operating in the country's construction market for more than ten years. Thanks to the unremitting attention of the state to the issues of stimulating the entrepreneurial sector, representatives of the domestic private business are actively involved in the implementation of large projects.

During the acquaintance with the new administrative building of the State Insurance Committee, the audience appreciated the working conditions created here. On the first floor there are specialists' offices with modern equipment, and on the second there is a spacious conference room.

The territory adjacent to the new building has been landscaped, where lawns have been laid out, trees of various species have been planted.

The ceremony participants expressed their gratitude to the head of state Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for great attention to the formation of modern socio-economic infrastructure in the regions as an important factor in the well-being of people.

The most distinguished builders received valuable gifts.

The festive atmosphere was multiplied by the performances of creative teams that, in their song and musical compositions, inspiredly glorified the era of the sacred independence of their beloved Motherland, under the wise leadership of the leader of the nation confidently marching to the heights of peace, creation and progress.
