The recent International exhibition of national products of the countries of Central Asia became a bright evidence of success of the policy pursed by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov "open doors» and wide international cooperation, aimed at sustainable development of mutually beneficial partnership, including expansion of foreign economic and foreign trade relations.
Guests of honour of the two-day exposition forum held at the initiative of the Turkmen leader within the Avaza" Consultative meeting of heads of the states of Central Asia held in the National tourist zone were President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Kirghiz Republic Sadyr Japarov, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The grandiose review which visually displayed achievements and potential of key economic branches of national economies of the countries of the Central Asian region, gave ample opportunities for establishment of new business contacts, consolidations of traditional trade and economic relations, and also an active exchange of experience in use of the latest technological developments and creation of innovative economy.
Here, in the territory with a total area of 2090 square metres national pavilions of the host side - Turkmenistan, and also visitors from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan were placed. Among exhibitors both state, and private enterprises of regional countries, specialising in thermal power station, agriculture, food, textile and process industry, building, manufacture of building materials and electric equipment, in the field of IT technologies, transport and logistical spheres and others.
The keen interest of visitors was evoked by one of the sections of a large scale exhibition which acquainted with cultural values from generation to generation and spiritual traditions of the Turkmen people, its primordial crafts - potter's, arts and crafts and jeweller art.
The stand of the Turkmen state publishing service representing modern polygraphy and printing in the country also used special attention. Works of the head of the state - the scientific monographs, fundamental multivolume researches about cultural wealth and cultural heritage of the Turkmen people which have brought the invaluable contribution to development of universal civilisation became its central exhibits.
The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan was also widely presented. As known, in the economic strategy of the leader of the nation to domestic business it is assigned a part one of backbone factors in national economy industrialisation, manufacture of export oriented and import replacing production.
The reversion of a legendary mulberry of which since ancient times was made national musical instruments of the people of the region, was accompanied by a bewitching melody replacing each other with the dutar, dombra, komuz, rebab, and tar.
National stands of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan also highlighted big successes reached by these friendly countries for 30 years of state independence.
Thus, visitors of the exhibition had a unique possibility for acquaintance with wide assortment high-quality, corresponding international standards of products.
All participants of the exposition highly appreciated the value of a large scale forum, having noted in the message directed to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov that the International exhibition of national products of the countries of Central Asia - evident acknowledgement of presence of ample opportunities for strengthening of effective interaction, evidence of special attention to issues of expansion of trade and economic relations, all-round support of joint projects rendered from the state, first of all investment, aimed at formation of innovative economy.
The expressed general aspiration of the countries-neighbours to long-term cooperation gives still the big confidence of further consolidation of the economic partnership successfully built on the strong base of centuries-old traditions of friendship, trust and mutual understanding of the people of the region.
