Today President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held an online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers in which the program of events prepared within the forthcoming working trip to Balkan region was considered.

During the virtual meeting reports on preparation for the stone-laying ceremony of a new airport in the settlement of Jebel and opening of «Türkmeniň ak öýi» in Balkanabat were presented, other issues were discussed.

Having announced the agenda, the head of the state first got in contact with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet S.Berdimuhamedov virtually who reported on the work carried out within the social and economic development of the country for intensification of industrial infrastructure of regions, acceleration of rates of building of social and cultural projects and also planned actions for the period of the working trip of the head of Turkmenistan to the western region.

Further Director General of Transport and Communications Agency at the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakyev reported on the actions planned within the working trip of the head of the state to Balkan region.

The head of the state commissioned them to prepare for the stone-laying ceremony of the airport which will allow making active constructive relations for the sake of well-being and sustainable development, thoroughly.

The online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers proceeded with the report of Deputy Chairwoman of the Cabinet M.Mammedova.

The Deputy Chairwoman reported on the planned cultural events in the program of the working trip of the head of the state to Balkan region, preparation for celebrations in honour of the significant events reflecting harmonious development of the country.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet M.Geldiniyazov reported on preparation of actions within the working trip of the head of the state to Balkan region.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Sh.Abdrahmanov reported on the state of affairs on the industrial projects of the fuel and energy complex operating now in the territory of Balkan region, introduction of the latest technologies and digital systems in structures of the given sphere.

Further Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet E.Orazgeldiev reported on the actions planned within the forthcoming working trip of the leader of the nation to Balkan region, fulfilment of tasks of the national rural development program, and also about preparation for the forthcoming significant dates.

Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov underlined necessity further to undertake measures for improvement of work in the agro-industrial complex structures according to the modern requirements.

Then Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Ch.Purchekov reported on the preparation conducted in connection with the working trip of the head of Turkmenistan to Balkan region.

During the virtual meeting, Deputy Chairman, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch.Amanov who informed on the large scale measures undertaken on maintenance of necessary conditions for favourable living of people and their productive work, also delivered his report.

Speaking on the program of the forthcoming working trip of the head of the state to Balkan region, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet Ch.Gylyjov reported on preparation for the opening ceremony in Balkanabat buildings «Türkmeniň ak öýi», designed for 3000 persons and also a premise for the sadaka for three thousand persons near it where the sadaka it will be offered.

Further Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs R.Meredov who informed on the upcoming high level international conference «Central and South Asia: Regional Connectivity. Challenges and Opportunities» to be held on July, 15-16 in the capital of Uzbekistan – Tashkent and preparation for it, delivered his report.

Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that Turkmenistan systematically develops productive relations with the countries of Central Asia, in particular with Uzbekistan which is based on long-term partnership and good-neighbourhood.

The head of the state also noted the importance of activization of close cooperation with the regional countries, exchange of experience and the information within the inter-regional interaction and approved the structure of Turkmen delegation which will take part in work of the International conference in Tashkent.

The virtual meeting continued with the report of khyakim of Balkan region T.Atakhallyev who reported on preparation for stone-laying ceremony of the International airport in the settlement of Jebel and opening of the building «Türkmeniň ak öýi» which will take place within the working trip of the President of Turkmenistan to the seaside region.

Further, addressing participants of the online meeting, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov underlined importance of maintenance of the optimum organisation and the qualitative work carried out within the preparation for the 30^th anniversary of sacred independence of our Fatherland.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that the forthcoming trip to Balkan region will become a significant step on the way of social and economic development of regions of the country, and also intensification of building of the objects, called to raise industrial potential of the seaside region.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also assigned related officials to keep in the focus of attention solution of issues of social security of the population of the region as well as in the entire country, and also power energy supply of all structures.

The head of the state underlined importance of the complex approach to issues of maintenance of high level of organisation of the actions planned to be carried out during the working trip, and also creation of appropriate conditions for their participants. The stone-laying of the new airport in the settlement of Jebel will promote strengthening of the position of Balkan region as well as the entire country, as the international transport-transit link.

During the online meeting a number of other issues of state life on which corresponding decisions were made, were also considered.

Concluding the virtual meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health, family well-being and big successes in their work for the sake of further prosperity of our sovereign Fatherland.
