Today in capital the meeting was held in the Turkmen capital with the delegation of the Russian Federation headed by the Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of Saint Petersburg Ye.Grigoryev, who arrived to Turkmenistan on a working visit.
As known, cooperation of Turkmenistan with the regions of the Russian Federation steps out as one of the important mechanisms of bilateral relations. In this context, the positive dynamics of the development of Turkmen-Russian relations which are of strategic character is highlighted.
During the talks with participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Chairman of the Supreme Control Chamber of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the parties noted the perspectives of collaboration in the fields of trade, digital technologies, innovative economy and interaction among commercial structures of the two countries.
The parties also noted the efficiency of regular meetings of representatives of state and private sectors of national economies of Turkmenistan and Russian Federation. It was also mentioned that the economic interaction of the two countries involves wide range of spheres, beginning from energy sector, covers perspective directions in the industry, transport sector, infrastructure construction and others.
Within the framework of the visit Russian delegation have also held a number of meetings with the heads of the line ministries and departments of Turkmenistan.

Today in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the Turkmen-Moroccan political consultations in the format of a videoconference were held with participation of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Morocco Nasser Bourita.
During the consultations, a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation in political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres were discussed.
The effectiveness of the visit of the Turkmen delegation to morocco in the past spring in accordance with the instructions of the President of Turkmenistan on the necessity to expand the constructive ties with the countries of the African continent was underlined.
The parties noted the importance of bilateral agreements signed during the mentioned visit and agreed to intensify the dialogue on finalizing the additional documents in the area of external policy cooperation, transport, education, science and others.
They expressed mutual consent with the level of cooperation between the external policy agencies of the two countries, as well as underlined the efficiency of collaboration in the framework of international structures, primarily the United Nations. An exchange of views took place on the pressing issues of regional and global agenda.
During the consultations, the interest of two countries in the development of trade-economic ties was emphasized. The oil and gas, chemical, textile and processing industries, as well as tourism and agriculture were named among the priority vectors of collaboration.
In this regard, the possibilities of creating a joint commission on economic cooperation were considered. The parties highlighted the importance of organizing the meetings between the profile ministries and departments of two countries with the participation of the representatives of business circles for the advancement of the given process.
Also, the opportunities of expanding the cultural-humanitarian relations were discussed. The significance of widening collaboration and exchanging expertise on the area of medicine and healthcare was emphasized.
Upon the completion of the talks, the parties signed the corresponding document.
