The presentation of the book of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov "The Spiritual World of the Turkmen", published in Italian, was held today at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The event, which took place online, was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic to Turkmenistan Luciano Galli, representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in our country, faculty and students of higher educational institutions of the country, editors of newspapers and magazines, and representatives of the media.

Employees of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the mayor of Vicenza, Francesco Rucco, joined the presentation via digital video communication.

The book of the leader of the nation "The Spiritual World of the Turkmen" has found readers among domestic and foreign audiences thanks to translations into foreign languages, including Azerbaijani, Georgian, Russian, Turkish, Chinese, Ukrainian, French, Japanese. Today, this list has been supplemented by an edition in Italian, which testifies to the interest of the world community in the rich history and culture of our people.

Speakers at the presentation expressed the unanimous opinion that the work of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which contains valuable information about the spiritual and moral foundations of the Turkmen society, will contribute to the preservation of continuity and further popularization of the cultural heritage of the nation.

As it was emphasized, Italian readers got another wonderful opportunity to expand their understanding of the history and culture of the Turkmen people, its philosophy, mentality, and wise moral commandments. This, of course, will serve to further strengthen and develop fruitful interstate relations.
