The heads of foreign ministries of Turkmenistan and Afghanistan exchange views on priorities of dialog

On May 15, Vice-premier, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov had a telephone conversation with Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Khanif Atmar, the website of the Foreign Ministry of the country informs.

The sides have discussed broad number of matters of bilateral cooperation. The sides have exchanged the views on implementation of the agreements reached between President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohamad Ashraf Ghani during telephone conversation on May 13 this year.

During the conversation, the ministers have discussed regional and international agenda, importance of contacts on the highest and high levels for promotion of bilateral cooperation has been noted.
