The videoconference meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for political and economic issues Adel Siraj Saleh took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The parties exchanged views on promising areas of developing relations between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was noted that regular meetings at various levels contributed to enhancement of mutually beneficial cooperation. In this context, the parties expressed willingness to widen bilateral dialogue and organize visits by the delegations of the two countries. The diplomats considered the possibilities of expanding the political and diplomatic dialogue and strengthening inter-parliamentary ties. Trade and economic ties and investments were specified among the important areas of Turkmen-Saudi business relations. In this context, the parties discussed the issues of diversification of the export components of the Turkmen-Saudi cooperation. Underlining the commitment to strengthen bilateral humanitarian relations, the parties expressed interest in developing contacts in the fields of culture, education, science, sports and tourism.
