Priorities of cooperation were the subjects of discussion during online session of the members of Turkmenistan – Romania Inter-parliamentary friendship group. During the talks, the sides have confirmed mutual intent to develop productive contacts. Having stated the presence of huge potential and favourable perspectives for expansion of efficient partnership, the speakers highlighted that strengthening of relations on the level of legislative authorities of two countries is an inherent part of Turkmen – Romanian relations. During the meeting, special emphasis has been laid on importance of expansion of versatile cooperation in political and cultural spheres as well as in exchange of experience, theoretical knowledge and practice of its application for strengthening of inter-parliamentary dialog, which is very important in the contest of realization of foreign strategy of Turkmenistan. The participants of the meeting have noted impotence of regular meetings in video conference format.
