In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Batyr Amanov is released from the position as Director General of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries and is appointed as the State Minister of Turkmenistan – Chairman of the “Türkmengaz” State Concern. Myrat Archayev was released from the position as Chairman of the “Türkmengaz” State Concern for serious shortcomings in his work.
