Representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan held videoconference meeting with top managers of the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the Russian Federation). The online meeting participants exchanged views on promoting partnership in a wide range of areas and discussed the opportunities for increase of mutual trade between our country and the Astrakhan region. In particular, the Astrakhan Company – LLC Grand Fish made the presentation of wheat varieties and other crops. Whereas, the representatives of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan presented the video catalogue of the products of agro-industrial complex and textile industry. The parties expressed the mutual interest in discussing details of their supplies. In this regard, the representatives of the two countries discussed logistics opportunities of the Turkmenbashy Sea Port and the Olya Port in Astrakhan, as well as reaffirmed the willingness for continuation of dialogue.
