Petroleum, polymeric and textile production are leaders of exchange trades

37 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan last week. For foreign currency, businessmen from United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan have bought jet fuel, naphtha, gasoline and liquefied gas produced at Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex. Various types of polyethylene (SC Türkmengaz) were subjects of trades of entrepreneurs from Russian Federation, UAE and Afghanistan. In addition, whole-coloured and jacquard terry products and cotton yarn have been sold for foreign currency to Russia, Great Britain, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 10,381,000 US dollars. For national currency, representatives of business circles from UAE, Turkey, Armenia have bought carpet products and cotton yarn to total amount of more than 7,868,000 manats. For local market, Turkmen businessmen have procured polypropylene to total amount of 2,200,000 manats.
