Textile, petroleum products and polymers are leading at exchange trades last week

67 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan last week. For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from Russian Federation, Great Britain, United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan have bought polypropylene and jet fuel produced by Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex. High-density polyethylene, polypropylene, ECO 93 gasoline (SC Türkmengaz) and plastic containers were the subjects of trade of the businessmen from Russia, UAE, Belize and Afghanistan. In addition, clear sheet glass, cotton yarn and fabrics, textile items, jeans fabrics, handmade carpet have been sold for foreign currency to Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 12,464,000 US dollars. For local currency, brokers from Russia and Great Britain, UAE and Turkey have bought handmade carpets and cotton yarn to the amount of more than 4,000,000 manats. For local market, Turkmen entrepreneurs have bought high-density polyethylene (SC Türkmengaz), handmade carpets to total amount of more than 17,400,000 manats.
