Export potential of Turkmenistan and Russian Federation in textile industry and import interests as well as opportunities of cooperation the stock exchange activity were subjects of working session between Trade and Industrial Chambers of two countries. Heads and representatives of the Ministry of Textile Industry and the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange have also taken part in the meeting, which was held in video conference format. Russia occupies stable leading positions in foreign trade of our country, both in export and import. Russian partners express interest in procurement of production made in Turkmenistan including production of textile industry, which makes deserving competition to the best world analogues. It was mentioned that this sphere was specified by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov among export oriented branches of the country. this is supported by the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange, which performs the function of the main authority for regulation of export and import operations in the country. The participants of the session specified number of specific measures for diversification of beneficial cooperation taking into account the interests of both sides.
