Lebap Equestrian Complex hosted celebration events. New season of races has been started on the threshold of National Turkmen Horse Holiday. This event has been forestalled by big preparation work, which included reconstruction and development of facilities of the complex – the main building with conference hall, visitor stands, racing tracks, stables. Trees and shrubs have been planted on surrounding territory. Celebration atmosphere was reigning there. Famous popular artists, bakhshys, dance and folk groups performed concert programme dedicated to the 10th anniversary of founding of International Ahalteke Equestrian Association and the 25th anniversary of neutrality of Turkmenistan. The holiday brought together horse breeders from Ashgabat and all velayats as well as numerous guests. Visitor stands of the stadium with filled with fans. 8 races took places according to the programme. Young jockeys – representatives of all regions of the country were participating in the first race. Dashgala stallion from Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan was the leader among three-year old horses. Jockeys from velayats and Ashgabat participated in each of the followed races. Gulyaly from Garashsyzlyk farming association of Beherden etrap was the first among the racers of Ahal velayat, Yetmek of the Velayat Police Department was the first among the horses of Balkan Velayat, Gardashym of the Velayat Police Department was the first among the horses of Dashoguz Velayat. Keymir of the Velayat Police Department was the first among the horses of Lebap Velayat, Edeply from the hyakimlik of the velayat was the first among the horses of Mary velayat, Gulyaka from the General Prosecution Authority of Turkmenistan was the first among the horses of Ashgabat. Master jockeys from all regions of the country took part in the final, the 8th leg of the races. Perhat from Dashoguz Equestrian Complex was the first to cross finish line. Winners of celebration races received valuable prizes in solemn atmosphere. Meeting with participation of representatives of Türkmen atlary State Association, hyakimlik of Lebap Velayat and cultural personnel of thhe country took place after the races in Lebap Equestrian Complex.
