In order to develop the national horse breeding industry, as well as to improve the work of the ""Türkmen atlary"" State Association, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving the Regulation on the Association, as well as the structure of its central office. The ""Türkmen atlary"" State Association jointly with the Ministry of Justice is ordered to prepare proposals on amending the legislation of Turkmenistan based on the Decree and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers within a month.
