By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan Niyazly Niazliyev, the Chairman of the State Concern Türkmenhimiýa has been reprimanded for unsatisfactory performance of his duties and serious deficiencies admitted in his work with the last warning on correction of admitted deficiencies as soon as possible. Unprofitability of Garlyk Mining and Processing Complex is the main reason of discontent of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with work of State Concern Türkmenhimiýa. The Head of the State noted during his working trip to Lebap Velayat on March 12, the facility for production and processing of potassium has been built by Belgorhimprom Joint Stock Venture at the work request of Türkmenhimiýa State Concern. The completion of the project was delayed by the contractor, construction of production facilities was carried with big delay from the schedule, commissioning was postponed several times, construction and other works under the contract were performed with bad quality, Turkmen leader noted. In this regard, necessity of wise management of the complex has been highlighted. The facility has not only to enter to designed output capacity but also to increase it, which is important for development of ore mining industry in general as a new branch of national economy, the President said.
