The government allocates currency for the purchase of equipment and materials for the new administrative centre in Ahal Velayat

In order to observe the Resolution dated March 4, 2019 on the construction of a new administrative center of Ahal Velayat, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution. According to the document, in accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan dated November 8, 2019 on the construction of buildings and facilities in the new administrative centre of Ahal Velayat, it is prescribed to allocate USD 1,465,747,129.60 (one billion four hundred and sixty-five million seven hundred and forty-seven thousand one hundred and twenty-nine US dollars and 60 cents) from public funds to pay the cost of equipment and materials required for the construction of buildings and facilities, residential houses, internal and external power supply systems from foreign countries.
