This document has been adopted to create necessary conditions to enable women to participate in the activities ongoing in the political, socio-economic, cultural-humanitarian fields on an equal basis with men. As stressed, the adoption of the National Action Plan for Gender Equality, prepared in the light of main trends of state policy, has once again demonstrated Turkmenistan’s adherence to its obligations, as well as successful implementation of women’s rights and ensuring of better opportunities for women to enjoy their rights.
