The international conference “Turkmenistan and international organizations: cooperation in the name of peace and development” is held in Ashgabat with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The forum is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan. On occasion of the anniversary of the foreign-policy status of our country and abroad, a series of various events will be held in the year of 2020 under the motto “Turkmenistan is the Motherland of Neutrality”. In the morning, the President of Turkmenistan arrived to the Oguzkent Hotel that brought together the representatives of the authoritative international and regional organizations, diplomatic missions, and the government officials as well as the representatives of the Turkmen and foreign mass media. In the foyer of the hotel, the President of Turkmenistan greeted the heads of all the delegations, representing the United Nations Organization and its structures, the OSCE and the EU. After the ceremony of photographing against the official banner of the event, the forum participants headed to the conference hall.
