The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Ministry of Construction and Architecture to enter into contract with Kämil ymarat Individual Enterprise on project planning and construction of administration building of Scientific and Research Institute of Seismic Construction in the capital with engineering communications for electricity, gas, water supply and sewage systems and with development of surrounding territory. The document assigns to start construction works in January 2020 and to commission the facility with full operational readiness by September 2021.
