The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the following: - Order of exchange trades for sale of production of agricultural complex of Turkmenistan to foreign countries; - Order of exchange trades for sale of production of industrial and communication complex of Turkmenistan to foreign countries; According to the document, the following has been established and the composition has been approved: - Control council for sale of production of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan to foreign countries; - Control council for sale of agricultural production of Turkmenistan to foreign countries; - Control council for sale of production of industrial and communication complex of Turkmenistan to foreign countries. According to the document, oil and gas complex, agricultural, industrial and communication complexes are assigned with relative ministries and departments, State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange and the Ministry of Justice to develop and present proposals on amendment and addendums of the legislation of Turkmenistan followed from this Resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers for approval.
