In the morning, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, according to which the next phase of construction of administration centre of Ahal Velayat is launched. On the same day, head of regional administration S. Berdimuhamedov had operational working meeting with participation of top management and responsible personnel of number ministries, profile departments as well as representatives of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and big local construction companies. During working session, the Hyakim of the velayat has voiced another decision taken by the Head of the State. It was noted the Resolution of Turkmen leader specifies activities for construction of new city in Ahal Velayat and formation of all necessary infrastructure and set the completion date of construction works. In March and August this year, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has signed the Resolutions, according to which this project was assigned to carry out the project in Gyoktepe etrap in two phases – first state in 2019 – 2021 and the second in 2020 – 2022. The decision on construction of new administration centre of Ahal Velayat has become an important step toward successful realization of the strategy of social and economic development of the country, where provision of prosperous live of the nation, change of architectural appearance of cities and town of the country are priority vectors. Implementation of this project using urban construction experience, which was gained for the years of the government reforms, provides the participation of local private companies, which are entrusted to build big social and production facilities. At present, the works are carried out at high rates at the place where the city with various facilities will be built soon according to the Resolution of the Head of the State on Construction of New Modern Administration Centre of Ahal Velayat. Private construction companies will build facilities and industrial complexes, new types of residential buildings are per request of different departments. According to the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov from August this year, it is planned to build 68 residential buildings, 8 administration buildings on the territory allocated for construction of new administration centre of Ahal Velayat. According to the Resolution signed by Turkmen leader in the beginning of November this year, four secondary schools, 10 kindergartens, 131 residential and 47 administration buildings will be built in this place. The resolution signed by the Head of the State today provides the construction of internal and external electricity and gas supply systems, communications as well as formation of road infrastructure together with construction of 59 residential buildings. It was highlighted in the speech of the Hyakim of Ahal Velayat that total 76 facilities, including 68 residential and 8 administration buildings, would be built under the first phase of the project. At present time, construction and installation works are carried out at high rates on 64 facilities, more than 350 units of equipment and around 700 construction workers are involved. It is planned to build 192 facilities under the second phase including 131 comfortable residential buildings and 61 offices and other facilities. It is also planned to build a cottage complex. All of these will improve the opportunity of the citizens to choose the type of living according to their wishes and requirements. The participants noted that innovative component is outlined in the project of administration centre of Ahal Velayat as a systematically important foundation of development of the region. Special attention will be paid to implementation of digitial systems and high technologies. National colours will be reflected in architectural image of new settlement. It was highlighted in the end of the meeting that all measures would be taken for successful completion of construction of modern administration centre of Ahal Velayat.
