Information about the draft State Budget 2020, the main directions of social and economic development of the country and Investment programme of Turkmenistan has been presented at the session of the Government on November 15. It was mentioned that the main financial plan of the country provides more than 75 percent for development of social sphere as well as increment of salary wages, pensions, state allowances, student scholarship by 10 percent.
