Signing ceremony of the Memorandum on Cooperation in the sphere of exchange of new between Media Turkmen News Agency and International Life magazine of the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation took place. In addition to cooperation in information sphere, the sides intend to review the subject of partnership in programmes of training of young journalists and to discuss opportunity of joint organization of profile events. Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation is the Board Chairman of the magazine while Armen Oganesyan is the Chief Editor.
