For fulfilment of the Resolution from March 4, 2019 on Construction of new modern administrative centre of Ahal Velayat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution allowing relative establishments and organizations to enter into agreements with local construction companies for project design and building of facilities in new administrative centre of Ahal Velayat with development of surrounding territory. The document assigns to start construction works in November 2019 and to commission buildings and facilities with full operational readiness in September 2021.
