President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, authorizing: to appoint Hudaynazarov Toynazar Annanazarovich as a judge of the Buzmein Etrap Court and release him from the position as the Chairman of the Ahal Velayat Court; to appoint Ovezov Kyyas as a judge of the Berkararlyk Etrap Court and release him from the position as the Chairman of the Ak Bugday Etrap Court; to appoint Byashimov Ovezmyrat as a Chairman of the Ahal Velayat Court and release him from the position as the Deputy Chairman of the Berkararlyk Etrap Court; to appoint Meretnyyazov Ayly as a Chairman of the Ak Bugday Etrap Court and release him from the position as the Deputy Chairman of the Bagtyyarlyk Etrap Court; to appoint Dovletov Ovezmyrat as a Chairman of the Koytendag Etrap Court and confer the 5th qualification class to him; to appoint Saparmamedov Berdimyrat as a judge of the Bagtyyarlyk Etrap Court and confer the 5th qualification class to him; upon the expiry of the terms of office, to release Mammetgurbanov Shohrat from the position as the Deputy Chairman of the Ashgabat Municipal Court; upon the expiry of the terms of office, to release Karyagdyyev Perhat from the position as a judge of the Ahal Velayat Municipal Court; upon the expiry of the terms of office, to release Gutlyyev Nurgeldy from the position as a judge of the Balkanabat Municipal Court; to release Annayev Maksat from the position as a judge of the Kopetdag Etrap Court.
