For fulfilment of the Law of Turkmenistan on Electrical Energy and for improvement of regulatory and legal framework of electrical energy sphere, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, having approved the following: - The procedure for development and implementation of measures for provision of stable work of electrical energy system facilities in emergency situations; - Dimensions of land plots allocated for construction and operation of production and technological facilities of electrical energy system and procedure for their use; - List of facilities related to facilities of life support as well as facilities with continuous technological production cycle, which are not subject to be switched off from the power supply in normal operation mode of electrical energy system; The document assigns the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Justice to develop and present the proposals on amendment and addendum of the legislation of Turkmenistan following from this Resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers for review within one month. The document assigns to consider the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan No. 2022 from September 9, 1999 as null and void.
