In accordance with the Decree of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Lieutenant General Mulikov Isgender Handurdyevich is released from the position as the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan and reduced to the lower rank - Major, and also deprived of all state awards for serious shortcomings in the work and in the supervision over the structures under his jurisdiction, abuse of official position, as well as gross violation of official authorities.
