President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree, which resolve to award Deputy Chairman of Intergovernmental Coordination Committee for Seed Production Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States Ivan Kuzmin with the Order of Bitaraplyk. As it follows from the text of the Decree, Ivan Kuzmin is awarded for personal contribution to the assertion of permanent neutrality of independent Turkmenistan as well as for special merits in development of the economy of Turkmenistan.
